Finding Peace of Mind — The Memoir

In Finding Peace of Mind, Jonathan shares his personal path through bipolar disorder, addiction, depression, and dyslexia — and what it really means to seek professional help, find clarity, and rebuild a life.

Honest and practical, this memoir is more than reflection. It offers insights, strategies, and encouragement for anyone living with mental health or neurodiversity challenges, or supporting someone who does.

The Peace of Mind Charity Walk 2026

In January 2026, Jonathan begins a 7-month, 3,000-kilometre walk across the UK and Ireland — a living symbol of the mental health journey, moving from winter’s darkness into summer’s light.

Along the way, he’ll give talks, share stories, and raise funds for four leading mental health charities: SAMH in Scotland, Mind in England and Wales, AWARE NI in Northern Ireland, and AWARE in Ireland.
