Speaking & Engagements with Honesty, Humanity and Hope
Jonathan Kemp
About Jonathan
Jonathan Kemp is a memoirist, speaker, and advocate for mental health and neurodiversity. With over 40 years of lived experience of bipolar, depression, addiction, and dyslexia — and 20+ years in corporate training, coaching, and public speaking — he brings both humanity and professionalism to every talk, workshop, and engagement.
Jonathan speaks not as a distant expert, but as someone who has walked difficult paths and found ways to move towards peace of mind, growth, and purpose. His calm, relatable presence creates space for meaningful conversations in workplaces, schools, and communities.
All profits – from mental health and neurodiversity talks or engagements will be donated to mental health charities during the first year following publication of Finding Peace of Mind (October 2025 to October 2026).
“The sheer openness and courage in telling the truth about difficult experiences… gives Jonathan a rare authenticity.
